Minimum stay 4 to 7 nights (some exceptions are made dependent on season)
· Unit is fully equipped with: cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD, microwave, blender, linens, cookware and hideaway bed (washer/dryer in unit). Wi-Fi is available at a rate of $25/week (sign on online once you are there)
· Weekly rentals begin on Saturday: check-in is 3PM or sooner and check-out is 10AM.
· $250 Reservation Deposit within 7 days of reservation. Cancellation must be given 30 days notice to receive deposit back.
$250 Refundable Damage Deposit due 1 month prior to check-in.
· Minimum rental age is 25 years · Please add Florida State Tax - 11%
